THE SOLUTION

Flowbird GO – ANPR is a ticketless solution that minimizes administration for the operator. Flowbird GO – ANPR uses cameras and ANPR technique that scans the registration number on entry and exit.

The parking session is started automatically when the motorist arrives and stopped when they leave.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Have a valid permit (Permanent tenants are whitelisted)
Check for camera recognition in a payment app
Pay before departure in a payment terminal
Pay with a payment card online within 48 hours
Receive an invoice including the invoice fee

ENTRY

One camera reads the front plate, and the other camera reads the plate at the back of the vehicle
The camera takes several pictures and transfers the best picture to the Flowbird Go – ANPR portal along with the date and time
When the vehicle is read in, various queries are carried out to check whether the registration number has a valid permit or is linked to various payment apps
The parking session is started

EXIT

One camera reads the front plate, and the other camera reads the plate at the back of the vehicle
The camera takes several pictures and transfers the best picture to the Flowbird GO – ANPR portal along with the date and time
Flowbird GO – ANPR checks if there is a valid recorded entry that matches the exit to complete a parking session
The parking session is stopped
